Camping World is seeking a Market Fixed Operations Manager to join our growing team.

What Youll Do:

  • Identify and assist in developing programs and processes that lead to the growth and increased profitability of our parts and service business.

  • Have a broad view of all aspects of the Camping World business, represent the company with insights and observations which integrate all business channels.

  • Create customer satisfaction and retention by assisting in the hiring and development of key team members while creating a parts and service team that truly exceeds customer expectations.

  • Identify, initiate and conduct training. Ad-hoc, group, on-line training needs identified and reacted to needs quickly and measure and monitor results of training.

  • Develop a talent bench in markets and individual locations.

  • Implement and share best practices in our parts and service departments consistently, throughout our organization.

  • Improve the processes and procedures that are utilized by our parts and service departments day to day.

  • Assist parts and service leaders in analyzing and standardizing operating and administrative procedures that increase efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and profitability.

  • Analyze monthly service and parts financial statements and identify areas for improvement with location management.

  • Stay current with industry trends for parts and service.

  • Participate in regional meetings as needed.

  • Ensure customer service is paramount in every location.

  • Interact with vendors and/or manufacturers as needed.

  • Interact with customers as needed to resolve concerns as well as understand opportunities to improve.

  • Assist in acquisitions of new dealerships when and where needed.

  • Set goals, monitor performance and drive Membership Rewards and service offerings.

  • Monitor and react to payroll inconsistencies.

  • Prepare pay plans that align with company goals and expectations.

What Youll Need to Have for the Role:

  • Proven leadership and management abilities

  • Results oriented with the ability to build and bring teams together to achieve targets and goals.

  • Ability to manage multiple facilities, both virtually and in person.

  • Track record of demonstrated high level of performance.

  • Strategic thinking skills

  • Customer focused always.

  • Ability to prioritize functions and to administer projects with multiple dealers.

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Proficient in Dealer Management Systems as well as other software programs as necessary.

  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.

  • The ability to be compliant with Camping World procedures and policies.

  • Customer relation skills

  • Tolerance for change and willingness to adapt to ensure customer success.

Pay Range:

$71,800.00-$107,650.00 Annual
