Reporting to the Operations Readiness Senior Manager, the Operations Readiness Senior Advisor role is a critical, strategic and forward-thinking role that will be responsible for execution and coordination of key change, process, and people readiness for critical initiatives across CX&OE, driving and executing upon critical initiatives and projects across CX&OE.  Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role will also assist with program inventory and tracking, creatively finding ways to story tell through the data, and ensuring coordination across the Operations Readiness team. The Senior Advisor will work with OE and Operations leads to drive program delivery using standard engagement and implementation processes, ensuring timely and efficient execution, as well as identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies and maintaining the data to ensure adequate forward visibility into potential impacts and change saturation for customers and advocates. This individual will be expected to partner closely with Product, Tech, Ops and OE leads to ensure alignment, maintain visibility and contribute to the overall Ops Readiness efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Ops Readiness efforts for business as usual and portfolio funded projects by ensuring coordination and tracking
  • Serves as a trusted partner to our internal stakeholders in understanding business needs and driving innovative solutions
  • Helps manage project/program inventory tracking across the Ops Readiness team
  • Collaborates with OE and Operations leads to facilitate program delivery, leveraging standard engagement and implementation processes.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Serves as a champion for change by driving innovated solutions to enhance adoption for new initiatives.
  • Ensure operations leaders have visibility into the initiative pipeline and runway for upcoming impacts to their teams, ensuring risks, dependencies and timeline adjustments are mitigated.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Ops and OE to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives and workflows.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements, barriers and opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Contribute to cross-functional collaboration, fostering strong relationships across Ops Readiness teams.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D required
  • Bachelor’s degree, post graduate degree or professional certifications preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in Operations Enablement, Operations Readiness, or a similar field required
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management required; Change Management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and facilitate discussions across a matrix organization
  • Advanced knowledge of the healthcare industry required
  • Strong executive presence with a track record of effectively engaging with a broad range of high-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated influence within complex, innovative and evolving cultures
  • Leadership experience with proven ability to attract exceptional talent and develop effective teams


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 109,000 - 181,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
