About the Role:
As a Field Marketing manager, you will be responsible for planning and organizing key events from start to finish so as to enable marketing leads/ funnel.
What will you do:
- Prepare end to end plan for events in consultation with Marketing and Sales teams including ROI from events
- Identify relevant industry events for CleverTap to attend in order to create brand visibility
- Negotiating with the vendors and get exclusive positioning for CleverTap in events like global trade shows, virtual summits, thought leadership programs to create brand awareness
- Identifying target audience inline with CleverTap product marketing audience to increase funnel for the Sales and Partnership team
- Running standalone CleverTap summits like CXO meet-ups, leadership programmes etc to increase funnel growth
- Own annual event marketing strategy for targeted region to ensure execution and measurement
- Liaise with Sales to understand their requirements from events, and plan accordingly
What we are looking for?
Must have:
- 6 years of experience in Field marketing with atleast 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience in planning and executing events with demonstrated success in driving net new pipeline.
- Experience of working with the content and product marketing teams to create event content, collaterals, booths, etc.
- Experience in efficiently managing budgets effectively to deliver event ROI.
- Demonstrated experience in assessing, negotiating, and working with agencies.
- Working Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce and Email Marketing tools.
Good to have:
- MBA in Marketing.
- Experience in digital and customer marketing.

- ## MQL / SQL Leads
- # of events, mixers, meetups per quarter
- # of registration/ participation
- Brand Visibility - Share of Voice
- Event budget adherence
