Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000


Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Education & Training to join our team. This role will report to the Chief Medical Officer. In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and implement effective educational programs, continuing education and professional development.
  • Design , develop and implement a state of the art onboarding experience for clinical and non clinical staff. 
  • Ensure that educational programs comply with accreditation standards and healthcare regulations. 
  • Oversee the creation and revision of curriculum materials to ensure alignment with current best practices in healthcare and within the collaborative care model.
  • Coordinate with department heads (Quality, Clinical Operations, Compliance) to identify educational needs and develop appropriate training programs.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff, focusing on skill enhancement, compliance, and patient care standards.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Work with Concert leadership to ensure all trainings meet the criteria for continuing education credits, are equipped with “knowledge checks” that can be tracked and trended to inform training and leadership and are folded into the Concert quality program.
  • Develop and implement educational outreach programs for partners and the PCPs.
  • Lead and manage the education department, including hiring, training, and supervising educational staff.
  • Develop and manage the departmental budget, ensuring cost-effective.
  • Ensure that all educational programs and materials comply with federal, state, and local regulations, and are consistent with “scope “ requirements for licensed and non licensed staff Maintain accurate records of educational activities and outcomes for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure comprehensive data is collected on training effectiveness, practice adoption, fidelity to the Collaborative Care model and participant experience to inform leadership and future training.

Requirements

  • Must have extensive and documented training experience across varied behavioral health licensures, clinical and non clinical team members.
  • Must have broad scale training experience with large cohorts of trainees and national or large scale efforts.
  • Must be familiar with the Collaborative Care model and have documented experience working with or in primary care settings.
  • Master’s-level clinical training (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).

Selection Process: Three Stages

  • Qualified candidates will be scheduled for a 30-minute virtual interview to discuss their experience, qualifications, and base salary expectations, as well as to provide an overview of Concert Health’s Collaborative Care Model.
  • Following this, candidates who meet the necessary criteria will have a 45-minute virtual interview with our leadership team.
  • Finally, those candidates who possess the required experience and qualifications will participate in a one-hour virtual presentation with the Chief Medical Officer.
