What You’ll Do:

As the Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable, you will lead the small and growing Accounts Receivable team and build processes and policies to scale the team’s activities for this leading company. You’ll use your experience in billing, collections, credit and cash application to improve CoreWeave’s financial and operational performance, as well as provide greater insight to executives on our performance. In this role, you will oversee and guide the work of outsourced processes through documented processes and monitoring of performance metrics that you have created. Additionally, you will also support the month-end close process, design and perform efficient SOX controls and support the audit process. You will report to the Head of Commercial (Revenue) Accounting.

  • Lead the Accounts Receivable team and its activities, including billing, cash collection, credit management and cash application
  • Identifying process improvements, designing solutions and seeing those solutions through to successful completion
  • Designing our collections strategy with appropriate dunning messages, including deactivation and utilization of third party collections
  • Develop and coach our Accounts Receivable team members, including hiring new team members
  • Lead the cash collection forecasting process
  • Build positive relationships with customers and partners
  • Propose, implement, report and improve our Accounts Receivable-related metrics
  • Examine and improve our month-end close process
  • Automate processes and partner with other teams to automate joint processes
  • Design, implement and perform certain SOX controls
  • Drive continuous improvement across entire team

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable 
  • 5+ years of progressive management and leadership experience
  • Experience in a tech company with high-dollar and highly-negotiated B2B contracts
  • Prior experience growing a remote Accounts Receivable team
  • Strong analytical skill and a driven problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Solid experience with NetSuite as well as Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with outsourcing of processes within Accounts Receivable, followed by continued monitoring of results
  • Experience at Manager level or above in a publicly-traded high-growth tech company

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $160,000-$200,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
