We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and assist in supporting the Talent Acquisition team, HR Leadership, Candidates, and Hiring Managers throughout various aspects of the recruitment process – ensuring a positive candidate experience. Our ideal candidate is great at building relationships, highly organized, has strong communication skills, and is proficient with our tools. They are essential in supporting the work of Recruiters and HR, contributing to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team.
What you’ll do:
- Own the coordination and logistics for all GTM interviews. This includes working closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers.
- Deliver Best-In-Class client experience for all candidates, ensuring their experience is effortless, friendly, and professional.
- Assist in the posting of job requisitions in Greenhouse.
- Maintain accurate and clean data within Greenhouse.
- Ensure that every candidate we interact with is documented and scheduled according to our process and within our systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Zoom, Notion).
- Participate in TA/HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Who you are:
- At least 1-3 years of TA/HR experience (high growth start-up preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work accurately and responsively with multiple stakeholders at a time (hiring managers, TA team members, a high volume of candidates, and employees)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Familiar with a high volume of scheduling with Greenhouse, Google Meet, and Zoom
- An expert in the entire Google Suite and Slack
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,000-$75,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
