The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Your LEAD Journey

In the LEAD program, youll explore diverse business functions through rotations across the company. Kickstart your journey with core training, then dive into business domains like financial planning and analysis, business operations, accounting, financial technology, and strategy. Youll have:

Mentorship: Start with a mentor and get paired with a LEAD buddy.
Networking: Connect with executives and peers.

Your Role

As described above, the Financial Analyst path allows you to rotate through various Cox divisions gaining a well-rounded experience in the field of finance. As a LEAD Internal Consultant – Financial Analyst, youll take on various responsibilities. You’ll get the chance to dive into areas like:

Financial Analysis: Prepare, track and analyze financial data and business models.
Business Analysis: Convert data into actionable insights for the business.
Process Improvement: Create processes and solve complex problems.
Communication: Present and lead discussions with team members and senior leadership.
Client Relations: Build relationships with stakeholders.

Who You Are

Youre ambitious, curious, eager to learn, and ready for growth. To join us, you need:

Education: Undergraduate degree by May 2025 (minimum GPA of 3.0).
Skills: Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strong communication.
Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
Tech Savvy: PowerPoint and a strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
