What Youll Do:
- Key Escalation Expert: Be the primary contact for resolving high-level client issues, collaborating with various auction departments to get to the root of problems and ensure swift resolutions.
- VIP Support Specialist: Offer comprehensive support to our most valued clients, understanding their unique needs and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Client Educator: Share your knowledge of auction processes and recommend Manheim/CAI products and services that best meet client needs.
- Relationship Builder: Develop positive relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with service level agreements through detailed audits and vehicle examinations.
- Compliance Champion: Ensure adherence to client guidelines and PII policies, handling redemption escalations with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
- Mentor and Trainer: Provide coaching and training to junior Client Account Coordinators, creating standard operating procedures to streamline workflows and ensure consistency.
- Tech-Savvy Professional: Utilize your high proficiency with Microsoft Office and other internal business platforms to manage tasks efficiently.
- Safety Advocate: Demonstrate a commitment to safety by following all health procedures and actively participating in safety activities.

What You’ll Need:
Minimum
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 3 years’ experience in a related field; a masters degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience
- Proven change leader
- Servant leader with proven ability to develop high performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed environments.
- Demonstrated track record of assessing, developing, and empowering talent
- Demonstrated track record of business analytics insights and cost management.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
Preferred
- BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or related discipline strongly preferred
- 5+ years automotive industry and/or logistics experience preferred
- 3+ years leadership role preferred
