About the Role
What we are looking for:
Credo AI is seeking a strategic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to spearhead our field marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute a comprehensive, global field marketing strategy that leverages a mix of on and offline events, and co-marketing initiatives for prospects, customers, and partners.
Responsibilities Include:
Collaborate cross-functionally with Credo AI’s marketing and sales teams to craft and execute a cohesive field marketing strategy aligned with our broader GTM goals.
Develop a repeatable playbook for first-party and third-party events, including conferences, Credo AIs Global Responsible AI Leadership Summit, partner and customer programs, dinners, road shows, meetups, and executive briefings.
Become the go-to expert for regional field events, vetting, building, and managing the global events calendar.
Manage end-to-end logistics and execution of all events, from event planning and promotional channels to vendor coordination, branded merchandise, staffing, and lead/metric tracking.
Run field marketing experiments across multiple regions, working closely with demand generation and sales to maximize pipeline within target accounts.
Collaborate with channel and ecosystem partners to develop co-marketing initiatives, enable partners with marketing resources, and drive joint demand generation activities.
Analyze performance data regularly to inform strategic decisions, iterate on programs, and ensure alignment with quarterly/annual targets.
Support global speaking opportunities by vetting inbound event requests, tracking engagements, and coordinating speaker logistics to ensure a seamless experience for Credo AI representatives.
Take a lead role in supporting Credo AIs annual Global Responsible AI Leadership Summit, Customer Advisory Board, and regional Summit experiences, managing logistics, promotion, and overall execution.
Assess ROI and impact of all event campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to guide future investments.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with an emphasis on field marketing in enterprise software.
Familiarity with Hubspot for lead management, reporting, and tracking program performance.
Proven ability to drive results through creative, on-budget field marketing programs.
Excellent cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with GTM teams.
Strong analytical mindset to dive deep into data, report on campaign results, and continuously optimize programs.
Superb attention to detail to juggle multiple events while maintaining high standards.
Growth mindset and a self-driven, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to achieve ambitious targets.
Compensation
The expected base salary range for this position is $130-$165k. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the specified location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Location & Remote Culture
While this is a remote role and were a fully distributed team, we routinely meet up in-person. We support individual members to coordinate in-person coworking whenever possible, and organize company-wide offsites multiple times a year.
