About this position

Credo AI is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team on the journey to address the world’s biggest challenges in scaling responsible AI. As the Product Manager for Platform & Workflows, you will own shaping the workflows and core features that power our enterprise grade AI Governance platform. You will be responsible for deeply understanding the needs of our customers in order to shape the roadmap for user-friendly, configurable and automated workflows that allow customers to continually govern AI use cases across their enterprises. You will also own the delivery of other core platform features, such as entitlements, authentication, permissions, etc.

Our ideal candidate:

Has 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS technology, specifically working on workflow automation and configurability.
Is deeply collaborative and interested in working cross-functionally with a diverse set of internal teams and stakeholders;
Has a passion for AI governance and responsible AI

Is detail-oriented and excellent at project management;
Is an excellent communicator who is very comfortable speaking to senior audiences;
Thrives in the ambiguous and fast-paced environment of an early-stage startup.

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this position is $150,000-$190,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the specified location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Location & Remote Culture

While this is a remote role and were a fully distributed team, we routinely meet up in-person. We support individual members to coordinate in-person coworking whenever possible, and organize company-wide offsites multiple times a year.
