About the Role:

The Technology Ecosystem Director will play a critical role in expanding CrowdStrikes partner ecosystem by managing a team that focuses on onboarding new technology partners and driving valuable integrations to the market. This strategic position requires a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to translate partner capabilities into market-ready solutions. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Demonstrate Strong & Dynamic Management Skills: Ability to establish team KPI’s and metrics that ensure the CrowdStrike Ecosystem can efficiently enhance the partner and customer experience.   

  • Partner Onboarding: Develop and implement an efficient & automated onboarding process(es) for new technology partners, ensuring a seamless integration of their solutions with CrowdStrikes platform.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic relationships with technology vendors and partners, focusing on enhancing CrowdStrike’s capabilities and market presence.

  • Integration Development: Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, product management, marketing, and sales) and external partners to drive the development of valuable integrations that meet market needs.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, evaluate competitors, and assess potential partners that align with CrowdStrikes strategic goals.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of partner integrations, aligning with overall business objectives and customer needs.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and integrations, providing regular reports to senior management.

  • Thought Leadership: Represent CrowdStrike in industry forums, conferences, and partner events to promote the technology ecosystem and showcase successful partnerships and integrations.

What You’ll Need:

  • Ability to manage a team to drive of alliance professionals to deliver impactful solutions that enhance security outcomes for our customers.

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in technology partnership management, ecosystem development, or a related role within the cybersecurity or technology industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully onboarding technology partners and driving product integrations that deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, market trends, and customer needs.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $150,000 - $240,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidates salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
