Position Summary
- Develop, configure, and measure behavior change campaigns to improve participation for preventative and chronic screenings
- Partner with stakeholders to define the goals and performance metrics, recommend and develop data-driven analytical approaches, and execute the solutions required to make informed business decisions
- Build statistical models, predictive models, simulations, and other customized solutions using Python to solve complex business problems
- Process data from multiple sources via big data platforms (such as GCP) using SQL
- Design experiments and collaborate with engineering teams to configure the experiments to test and quantify the impact of business solutions
- Translate” technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to understand and solve business problems and communicate business solutions and/or analytical results to business stakeholders
- Develops and delivers data-driven presentations on analytical solutions and results
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in SQL working with big data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Hadoop, etc.) and multiple data sources•
- 1+ years of experience in Python/R /SQL (Python is strongly preferred) to extract actionable insights from large and complex data sets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, etc.)
- 1+ years of experience in statistical analysis, experiment design and evaluation
- 1+ years of experience creating communication materials (e.g., PowerPoint, etc.) and presenting to non-technical/analytics audiences
Preferred Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
- Masters degree in quantitative field or MBA strongly preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$86,520.00 - $173,040.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
