Location: Remote - US (Atlanta, New York, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco preferred, but open to other locations)
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the Brickbuilder Program, a critical initiative focused on partner solutions development and execution. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in partner solution development and exceptional project management skills to drive the programs success. This role will report to the Global Leader, Partner Programs & Solutions and will have day-to-day engagement with global sales, partnerships, and industry GTM leadership.
The impact you will have:
- Program Leadership: Lead the Brickbuilder program, focusing on the development and execution of industry-specific solutions in collaboration with our strategic partners.
- Solution Development & Activation: Collaborate with the Industry GTM team and oversee the creation of industry-specific use cases, reference architectures, and solution accelerators that demonstrate the value of Databricks in various industries. Work closely with partners to identify, qualify, integrate and activate their capabilities, accelerators, and solutions with Databricks Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform solution development and partner strategy.
- Enablement: Develop and deliver training and enablement programs for partners to ensure they are equipped to successfully implement and sell Databricks solutions.
- Performance Management: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of the Brickbuilder program and drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, enablement, marketing, and product, to align on strategy and ensure the success of partner-driven solutions.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Databricks at industry events, webinars, and conferences, showcasing our industry solutions and partner success stories.
What we look for:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in program management, consulting, or industry solutions development, preferably in the technology or data analytics space.
- Technical Acumen: Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate the value of data analytics and AI solutions.
- Leadership: Strong team player with proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through influence and managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Communication: High-energy individual who can advocate for the program both internally and externally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans while executing on short-term objectives. Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to lean in and help in multiple ways.
- Comfortable with up to 10% travel

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
