Overview
The Technology, Data, and Innovation (TDI) Operations Management (OM) objective is to safeguard the Bank’s Production Information Technology (IT) Services with impartiality and integrity by ensuring risks to the stability and integrity of the Bank are identified, made transparent, and appropriately managed. We provide impartial, data driven services that aid in the effective pro-active mitigation and management of risks to production services. In the event production impact occurs, restore services in a safe and timely manner, ensuring actions to prevent recurrence are identified and taken.
As part of the TDI OM End of Life (EOL) team, you will have authoring duties relating to the Bank’s End of Life (Technology Roadmap Compliance) process (OS, Databases, Hardware, Middleware, etc.). In addition, contribute to overall development of strategic initiatives designed by senior leadership.

What You’ll Do
Work in close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create robust documentation to support the closure of internal and external audit findings. In addition, addressing any additional documentation/responses requested by the OM team
Determine the full list of artifacts required to evidence the remediation of audit findings, and then creating and owning the plan to support their timely production
Track the production of the supporting artifacts and driving others to meet the planned deadlines, thereby ensuring they are created on time for the closure documentation
Own the production of the documentation throughout its lifecycle, including: being the primary author, eliciting information from SMEs (facilitating workshops), iterating and tracking document versions, securing evidence and gaining the various approvals required
Skills You’ll Need
Proven experience of writing formal process documentation for IT functions – e.g. policies, procedures, term of reference, senior management briefings
Ability to scrutinize documentation in an objective, unbiased way, as though through the eyes of an auditor – to identify shortcomings, gaps and potential risk exposure, to quickly understand new technical information and concepts, to produce documents to effectively and efficiently communicate with audiences who are unfamiliar with the subject matter, to quickly build relationships, collaborate and influence to achieve results in a fast-moving, diverse, global environment, and to manage small projects - tracking, reporting, and driving others to deliver against agreed deadlines
Able to work to pressing deadlines, including being flexible and accommodating changes to plans and demand
Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word) and Content Collaboration Software - Confluence or similar
Able to understand the relationship between processes and their underlying controls and risks
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Service Now experience
Ability to network across organizations
Experience with Technology Lifecycle Management (End of Life software / hardware); IT Asset Management, preferred and of interacting with Banking Regulators, directly or indirectly, preferred
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $78,000 to $111,800. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
