Overview
You will help drive Global Foreign Exchange (GFX) derivative business for Deutsche Bank’s institutional client base in US, partnering closely with Sales, Trading, and Research. The role consists of generating bespoke trade ideas, tailored client content, as well as analysis to help close derivative transactions. You will have deep Foreign Exchange (FX) market expertise, high technical competence, extremely strong work ethic, and strong interpersonal skills. The role is client facing and requires the ability to relay technical trading details as well as clearly articulate market opportunities.

What You’ll Do
Generate tactical trade ideas for GFX derivatives
Create thematic content for investor clients (e.g., US election opportunities)
Monitor existing books for restructuring opportunities
Actively pitch ideas to sales and clients
How You’ll Lead
Drive macro dialogue, highlighting opportunity across sales force
Guide juniors on the structuring team
Expand the GFX derivative business (e.g. RM clients, strategic Insurance / Banks transactions)

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $200K to $387K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
