Meet the team:
The Director Enterprise Applications will collaborate with the Sr. Director Enterprise Applications and will be a primary IT point of contact to technical teams working with our ERP platforms (Oracle Fusion and EBS and Service Now. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, management, and oversight of a portfolio of enterprise-grade platforms, infrastructure management for on-premises systems, service management, and related information technology compliance activities.
Where you come in:
Partner with IT leadership, and their business partners as needed, to identify areas of the greatest impact and resolve technology solution(s) to implement.
Participate in the development and execution of an IT roadmap aligned with IT and business leadership’s priorities and long- term strategic imperatives, including a target to optimize our system footprint and drive digital transformation that realizes a high value to the business.
Supervise infrastructure management for related on-premises systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standard processes.
Lead the ServiceNow platform, driving its implementation, customization, and optimization to support business processes.
Apply innovation across the scope of accountability applying modern technologies and AI capabilities where appropriate.
Develop and lead budgets, forecasts, and prioritization for enterprise applications.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of IT professionals, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure the best value and performance from third-party solutions.
Maintain the total cost of ownership of enterprise applications and cost and scalability with the growth of the company.
Budget for planned needs and present justification for all unplanned expenses by assessing the business need and the Return on Investment
Ensure department understands and aligns with quality standards and requirements as detailed.
Continue to innovate by assessing new technology and reviewing the performance of existing systems so that the organization remains on the top tier edge of creativity and continues to benefit from the technology investments.

Leading a diverse team to complete critical support activities, drive compliant process improvements, maintain system performance levels, and meet audit requirements.
Extensive experience in developing teams and supervising enterprise-grade platforms and infrastructure.
Shown experience with on-premise systems and their management.
Demonstrable understanding of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and compliance standards.
Shown expertise in running the Oracle ERP and ServiceNow platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and social skills.
Ability to think strategically and implement tactically.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelors degree with 15+ years of industry experience
Requires a degree in a technical discipline
9+ years of successful management experience in relevant industry
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
