Meet the team:

Dexcom is seeking a Sales Operations Business Analyst/Systems Administrator, to support and enhance the US sales teams by enabling the business to achieve efficiencies and optimization through sales tools & technology.  Your role will be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of field technology, including CRM systems. 

You will own many aspects of these systems with close alignment to partnering organizations such as IT, cross-functional Dexcom teams, as well as third-party vendors.

Where you come in:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the CRM environment
  • Coordinate with users, IT, and third-party vendors to identify issues, develop recommended solutions, gain approvals for designed solutions, and work to implement value add solutions
  • Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Manages user access, profiles, and roles to ensure appropriate access to data and system functionality
  • Troubleshoot support cases and platform issues, and escalate as appropriate
  • Assist in the development of user training materials and provide training and support to end-users as needed
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for various teams and departments
  • Support special projects designed to improve commercial performance and/or expand capabilities.
  • Other responsibilities include supporting initiatives that build and expand Dexcom’s Sales Operations capabilities.

What makes you successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field and/or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
  • Preferred Salesforce Admin (or other CRM systems equivalent) certification
  • Preferred experience with sales analytics, CRM, and enablement platforms within the medical sales environment
  • Strong knowledge of IT platforms and Agile development methodologies
  • Proficient in reporting and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail with focus on quality control
  • Mastery of Excel and other Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects as well as prioritize multiple competing priorities

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience

$105,800.00 - $176,300.00
