Job Description:
What You’ll Do
Manages escalations to ensure they follow the correct protocol, supports the business with applicable remediation tasks
Facilitate alignment sessions between key internal stakeholders with assistance from senior team members.
Provide support in strategic risk projects, participating actively in the planning, coordination and execution of the workstreams
Provide regular updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders
Apply risk framework to Participant obligations contained in Network operating regulations
Evaluate evidence related to Participant compliance for accuracy and completeness
Review legal and commercial documents to understand the participants’ activity, structure and associated risk
How You’ll Do It
Manage relationships between key stakeholders and alignment on deliverable outcomes
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders
Collect, manage and maintain evidence related to Participant compliance within the system of record
Create an accurate and timely reporting of all reviews for internal business partners and senior management to provide transparency and identify processing delays
Act as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders
Create documentation for team processes
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting , Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics
2+ years of experience in Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Operations, or related
In Lieu of Education Experience: 4+ years of Programming, Strategy, Automation, Process Improvement, or Project Management and 2+ years of experience with Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Operations, or related

4+ years of experience in Project Management, Process / Continuous Improvement
1+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or related experience

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
