Job Description:
What Youll Do
Responsible for providing day-to-day operations support for the delivery of payroll. Supports the coordination and processing of payroll. Responsible for supporting the Payroll team in the coordination and monitoring of all US payroll tax withholdings and filings as well as assisting the Finance Team with balancing the payroll general ledger accounts. Creates and maintains all payroll process documentation and controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies as well as legal requirements.
How Youll Do It
- Coordinates and oversees the processing of Domestic/International payroll. Creates and maintains all process documentation ensuring that all processes, procedures, and validations are consistent across all Domestic/International locations.
- Maintains internal controls and provides support for audits to ensure compliance with policies/procedures as well as Legal requirements. Researches and resolves issues in a timely fashion.
- Submits accurate and timely funding of International payroll liabilities and prepare monthly GL file for all international payroll liabilities.
- Oversees year-end reconciliation and reporting for all Domestic/International locations.
- Manages vendor relationship between third party providers and responds to notifications from third party provider and/or tax authority.
- Leads Domestic/International payroll related projects with limited supervision ensuring all new locations are setup timely and in compliance with local laws and regulations.

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $67,000.00 to $113,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
