Hulu Content Scheduling & Prioritization is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Associate who will be an exceptional addition to the team. As the Content Scheduling & Prioritization Sr. Associate, you will be instrumental in the content scheduling process – contribute to scheduling conversations with content partners, collaborate on scheduling rationale, memorialize dates in our many grids and track competitors. This role will support scheduling and strategy initiatives that drive growth and engagement on platform across all content types: Hulu Originals, International Originals, Currents, and Licensed.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on scheduling efforts for key content partners by using data to optimize our content portfolio and drive business decisions
  • Develop and maintain content release schedules; help track pipelines from both internal studios and third-party suppliers
  • Actively develop and support strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and support the short- and long-term planning process
  • Operationalize department tools and processes, manage all aspects of day-to-day calendar maintenance, and help with on-going slate planning, working with Marketing, Finance, Acquisitions, Content Strategy, and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support with long term and ad-hoc projects, including competitive tracking and analysis, to support the strategy of the Scheduling team and Hulu overall
  • Contribute to the excellence of programming strategies execution: including ongoing stakeholder communication, and post-mortem analysis

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required, preferably in a related field
  • 3 years of relevant work experience at either a major media company or in a related field
  • Ability to prioritize projects to efficiently meet deadlines with the addition of new responsibilities and as priorities change; accompanied with the ability to handle and integrate requests from other team members
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and process management
  • A passion for TV & Film content in both old and new media, and an understanding of how the industry is changing and why
  • Interest in analytics and the ability to understand how to apply data and insights to strategy to help drive results
  • Finely-honed sense of humor and willingness to participate in lively debates

The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica ,CA is $78,200 to $104,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
