About the Team
DoorDash Drive is looking for you to join our team as a Senior Associate for our fulfillment strategy and operations supporting new verticals.
DoorDash Drive is our companys hyper-growth platform team serving restaurants, grocers and retailers across the United States, Canada and Australia. The Fulfillment team is responsible for driving the strategy, profitability, and operations across each vertical. The business line you’ll be supporting is fast-growing, fast-paced, and is obsessed with efficiency.
About the Role
The Associate Manager, Product Ops, will work on the end to end fulfillment strategy, profitability and operations for one of our most nascent verticals. Drive’s growth only accelerates when we are the most cost efficient and best-in-class operational platform in the industry. This role reports directly to the Manager, Strategy & Operations.

- Own business outcomes — be directly responsible for our cost and efficiency metrics and develop plans to improve performance
- Influence – Work cross-functionally with our Finance, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business Development teams to improve our profitability, enable growth, and influence the progression of one of DoorDash’s biggest bets
- Implement – Drive the strategy, build, and rollout of new product capabilities and operational initiatives to improve our dispatch throughput and fulfillment efficiency

- Drive day-to-day product operations for final mile delivery, using data and insights to monitor shipment flow, resolve exceptions, and enhance real-time visibility tools.
- Partner closely with the operations team,, enabling them with the right product solutions, workflows, and process documentation to ensure consistent execution and SLA adherence.
- Design and implement scalable operational processes and product enhancements for exception management, working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and ops stakeholders.
- Analyze root causes of delivery failures or service gaps, translating frontline feedback into actionable product requirements and operational improvements.
Contribute to pricing and cost optimization initiatives by supporting rate analysis, surfacing product gaps, and informing negotiation strategies with data-driven insights. - Monitor key carrier performance metrics and product SLAs, helping to prioritize roadmap work and improve network reliability through better tooling and automation.
- Act as a connective tissue between product, operations, and logistics partners—ensuring alignment across teams and driving smooth execution of final mile initiatives.

Compensation
The successful candidates starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
