About the Role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about building a high growth businesses to join our rocketship on DoorDash for Business, DoorDash’s corporate offering. You will be responsible for helping grow our core corporate business - both contracted and non-contracted business spend. You will be a jack of all trades, helping multiple team leads across the corporate pod. You will be tasked with conducting deep dives into our data to glean actionable insights, building out new dashboards, being our analytics and SQL expert, and driving some of our key ops initiatives.
As a DDFB S&O associate, you will report to the Senior Manager of S&O - DDFB Corporate Pod who is a respected team builder, has a wealth of DoorDash knowledge, and has a reputation for prioritizing developing her people. You will work closely with sales, product, eng, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to drive insights and execute on ops initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at navigating ambiguity, has a passion for and strength in analytics, has a passion for ops, and has a strong sense of ownership.

- Analyze – Leverage data whenever possible to inform your hypothesis and align cross-functional partners. Be our team’s data expert and a SQL wiz.
- Operate - Get to the lowest level of detail, and scale. You will work directly with internal and external partners to execute on projects and drive key insights. You will roll up your sleeves and dive into the details to drive our projects forward.
- Collaborate – Value partnerships, and excel at working across Marketing, Operations, Product, Sales, Engineering, and develop new products and services for our clients.
- Construct - Navigate in an ambiguous environment and bring structure to undefined opportunities. There won’t always be playbooks or templates; instead you will create them.
- Strategize – Understand the needs of our clients, prioritize those needs by impact, and create solutions with cross-functional partners.
We’re excited about you because…
- You have 1-2+ years of experience in strategy and operations, finance, operations, or consulting; high-growth startup (scaling a business from 0 - 1) experience is preferred
- You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environment
- You are an excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets; intermediate SQL experience strongly preferred
- You are customer obsessed - whether that is our clients, merchants or dashers and comfort talking / working with people from all walks of life
- You’re unafraid of ambiguity. You don’t need a playbook. You dive into difficult problems and come up with a plan. Rapid change and learning is exciting to you.

Compensation
The successful candidates starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
