Director Medical Channel & Sales
Location: US Home office in central or eastern time zone of the US

Calling all motivated sales directors with experience in the medical channel! i-Health, Inc., an exciting, global CPG company, is looking for a new colleague to lead our entry into the medical channels. We seek an entrepreneurial sales leader to set the strategy, execute and deliver. You’ll be responsible for the overall P&L for the channel and will define the go-to-market plans to increase usage of the i-Health portfolio of products through a combination of channels and customers that could include hospitals, long-term care facilities, digital medicine providers, alternative medicine practitioners and managed care (Medicare, Medicaid, HAS, FSA benefits).

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the medical channel strategy for Culturelle and Azo products lines
- Develop new business in hospitals, long-term care facilities, digital medicine providers, alternative medicine practitioners, managed care and integrated medicine
- Manage the overall P&L for the channel
- Increase brand awareness and retention with the Healthcare Professional audience and consumers in the Medical Channel
- Manage a team of direct reports and external partners
Heavy travel (up to 50%) within the US will be required on this role. This position is a US Home-based role in the eastern or central time zones. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $138,100-$190,000.

You bring:
- Minimum 8 years hands on sales/business development experience working in the medical channels (hospitals, long term care, integrated medicine) required
- Experience managing others required
- Understanding of managed care environment and contracting with Payors in managed care environments; experience with government contracts (FSA/HAS) a plus
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive sales performance
- Experience managing full P&L with proven track record of delivering revenue, profit and share growth
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
