Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and comprehensive customer plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned accounts in the juice segment and Monster Beverage
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits, communication, and support.  Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Collaborate with the global Monster Beverage team to advance business on the account
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to customers. Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions for customers and internal teams.

 

This position is a US Home-based role.  The position is ideally located in the central or pacific time zones of the United States.   Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided.   Salary $124,900-$155,000.

You bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively increasing responsibilities in B2B ingredient sales required ideally within the beverage industry
  • Experience in development and implementation of successful regional account plans, leading to demonstrated customer growth
  • Experience “farming” and “hunting” for business
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly (US, Canada), up to 40%. Occasional international (Switzerland) travel may be required
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s degree a plus
