Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing telephonic screenings
- Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Required Skill / Abilities:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing & Screening profiles
- Prior exposure to sourcing for various geographies other than India is desirable
- Flexible to work in different shifts
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
- Education: Master’s / bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
