eBay Honor Role Apprenticeship Program

Program Overview: eBay is proud to offer the Honor Role Apprenticeship Program in partnership with the Department of Defenses SkillBridge initiative. Honor Role is designed to provide transitioning military members with unparalleled opportunities to start their civilian careers in various roles across our company. By participating in this program, service members can apply their skills in a corporate environment and gain valuable industry experience.

Eligibility: This opportunity is exclusively available to individuals who meet the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program requirements. Applicants must consult with their installations SkillBridge Program Manager to ensure compliance with all guidelines and to obtain necessary approvals, including Official Temporary Additional Duty (TAD)/Temporary Duty (TDY) Orders.

Candidate Profile: We are seeking candidates who are proactive, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our team. Ideal candidates will have:

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical ideas.
• A proactive attitude, with a high level of initiative and enthusiasm.
• Effective prioritization and organizational skills, adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in team settings.

Program Requirements:

• Ability to commit to a minimum of 120 days in the apprenticeship program.
• Meet all eligibility criteria set forth by the Department of Defense instructions for SkillBridge participation.

Location: Honor Role apprenticeship opportunities are available nationwide. Some positions may require physical presence, while others are remote-capable, offering flexibility to accommodate various needs.

About the Apprenticeship: During the apprenticeship, participants will not only contribute to meaningful projects but also receive mentorship and training to enhance their skills. The program aims to facilitate a seamless transition into potential full-time roles within eBay, reflecting our commitment to hiring and nurturing top talent.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.

$104,400 - $167,200

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
