eBay, Inc. seeks E-Commerce Marketing Analyst 5 in Bellevue, WA

Job Duties: Coordinate product marketing campaign execution, optimization, and ongoing monitoring. Define/manage campaign objectives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Analyze campaign performance, contextualize trends, spot outliers, and opportunities for improvement. Influence campaign strategy – staying aligned with and working towards achievable outcomes. Work with cross-functional teams to decipher technical requirements, evaluate potential strategies, and create solutions to potential market forces. Collaborate with business partners to establish clear marketing goals and deliverables. Conduct ad hoc issue investigations, surveys, and quantification of business impacts. Communicate results consistently and clearly with all stakeholders. Contribute to test ideation – hypothesis, measurement, and design. Create and organize regular reporting documents and status updates. Utilize skills in predictive analytics, data visualization, and simulation to evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns to improve return on investment. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Data analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field plus three years of experience in the job offered or a related field.

Special Skill Requirements:

1.   SQL scripting
2.   Python and JavaScript development.
3.   R, Scala, Python, or equivalent tools
4.   Managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
5.   Optimization theory and statistics.
6.   Display Advertising/Marketing
7.   ETL and data modeling
8.   PowerBI/Tableau driven dashboards and analytics.
9.   Analysis techniques -- regression, clustering, prediction
10.   Ability to conceptualize e-commerce business problems and solving them through data analysis
11.   Ability to evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns to improve ROI
12.   Project management and leading projects end-to-end

Base Salary: $114,234 -158,200 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
