About the Role
As the Customer Experience (CX) Strategic Initiatives Manager - NA at Eightfold.ai, you will be a key driver in scaling our Customer Experience (CX) organization and delivering on programs that unlock exceptional value for our customers. As a subject matter expert in customer experience and strategic initiatives, this role combines strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and project execution to shape high-impact programs that enhance customer outcomes and, ultimately, drive Eightfold’s growth. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization to identify opportunities, build solutions, and execute initiatives that align with our business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate across teams: engage with senior stakeholders, including executives and cross-functional leaders, to advocate for CX priorities and drive organization-wide impact
  • Lead strategic planning and execution: develop clear strategies to drive product adoption and deliver value for customers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer feedback
  • Manage complex projects: work on complex, cross-functional initiatives that require conceptual thinking, structured problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making to ensure successful execution; initial projects might include building the talent transformation capability within CX and a change management framework, strategy, and approach for driving 
  • Drive alignment and communication: facilitate collaboration and information sharing between internal teams to improve customer outcomes and streamline execution
  • Analyze program impact: define and measure key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Stay informed and proactive: monitor industry trends, market shifts, the competitive landscape, and understand product direction to inform strategies and maintain Eightfold’s position as a leader in the talent intelligence space

Sample projects might include building the talent transformation capability within CX and a change management framework and approach that unlocks product adoption and ultimately outcomes and value for our customers. 

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years experience in strategy, program management, or customer experience roles, preferably within SaaS
  • Proven ability to set strategic direction, drive high-stakes business initiatives, and shape programs that scale
  • Strong background in cross-functional collaboration, with a proven ability to lead and influence teams across multiple functions
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in defining and analyzing KPIs to measure initiative success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and maintain focus in dynamic environments
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth organization

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the HR tech, talent management, or broader HR solutions space
  • Background in human capital management consulting, with a focus on strategy and organizational transformation
  • Familiarity with customer feedback programs, competitive analysis, or customer insights initiatives
  • Background in developing frameworks and processes to scale customer-facing operations
  • Certification or formal training in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) or strategy frameworks

Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

Base Salary Range: $105,750 to $169,200
