About the role:  

As an Intern you will be supporting OTC processes and business incoming enquiries in our Collection US/Canada Team. We’re looking for a proactive individual, who will not just be solving the tasks given, but who will always think ahead. If you have strong interpersonal and communication skills, are persuasive and firm in discussions, this role might be a good start of your career in finance. 

Please note: This is a temporary 3-month position, part-time 20 hours per week, paid 28PLN / hour.  

What youll do:  

• Process efficiently AR incoming documents  

• Resolve AR processing related issues  

• Respond to customers inquiries in a timely manner  

• Assist with monthly closing activities  

• Actively support other AR processes when required 

Qualifications & Requirements:  

• University student or graduate 

• Availability to work 20 hours per week for 3 months  

• Good English, both speaking and writing 

• Good MS Excel skills 

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
