Entrata Software is seeking a skilled and motivated Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Lehi, Utah. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing client relationships, ensuring effective insurance coverage, and providing exceptional service. Your expertise in insurance policies, particularly in the commercial insurance sector, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will contribute to the success of our clients and our organization.

Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with policyholders and carriers to ensure excellent service and effective management of accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Proactively review client accounts to identify opportunities for policy updates, cross-sales, and coverage enhancements.
- Assist clients with claims inquiries, policy changes, and billing concerns, ensuring efficient and accurate handling.
- Collaborate with the sales org and underwriters to support new business opportunities and account retention efforts.
- Stay informed about company insurance products and industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Obtain and maintain Property & Casualty insurance licenses, completing continuing education requirements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in all account management activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, policies, and account activities in CRM systems.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge of products, services, and best practices.
- Actively contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive, professional image of the company in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in insurance account management or related roles.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial insurance account management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and regulations, to include commercial and personal lines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly, particularly in a commercial context.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or Professional certifications in insurance account management, CIC, ARM, CPCU or other insurance certificaitons
- Prior experience working with property management or real estate clients.
- Familiarity with Entrata software products and services.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales or retention targets.
- Advanced knowledge of insurance industry trends and developments.

Currently, Entrata hires in Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Tennessee for Exempt roles and Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida for Non-Exempt roles.
