Entrata is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Manager to lead and drive the activities of our Professional Services team. This pivotal role requires a strategic and collaborative leader who can manage individual contributors at all levels. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful onboarding and integration of our accounting software solutions for clients by managing high performing Accounting Consultants. Your expertise in accounting principles and software implementation will enable clients to optimize their financial processes and leverage the full potential of Entratas software suite. The Senior Manager will be responsible for effectively managing their team through talent development and performance management as well as be involved in improving processes and outcomes that significantly impact the performance of the team, business unit, and overall Professional Services Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and oversee the activities of experienced professionals, including individual contributors (at all levels) and managers.
  • Wholly responsible and accountable for their team(s) ensuring department and team success metrics are met.
  • Establish clear operational objectives, policies, and work plans and hold teams accountable to these objectives.
  • Delegate assignments effectively to ensure successful execution and outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, regularly interacting with lower and senior-level management on matters impacting the team and business unit.

  • Process Improvement and Decision Making:
  • Drive improvements to processes and outcomes that significantly enhance team and business unit performance.
  • Make strategic decisions that positively impact the performance and efficiency of the team/business unit and Professional Services Department.
  • Measure and maintain operational objectives to ensure alignment with company goals and hold team accountable to these operational objectives.

  • Collaboration and Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Persuade and influence others in complex situations while preserving and fostering positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategy and success of larger projects.

  • Policy Implementation and Accountability:
  • Execute, hold accountable, and measure the implementation of company and department policies.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures across the team and business unit.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of policy implementations.

  • Strategic Planning and Target Setting:
  • Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual operating targets for the team and business unit.
  • Drive the strategy and success of larger projects that contribute to the business unit, department, and organization.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within a Professional Services or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage individual contributors, team leads, and managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and make strategic decisions that impact team and business unit performance.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Strong persuasive skills in complex situations while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Experience in establishing, measuring, and maintaining operational objectives and targets.
  • Ability to execute and measure the implementation of company and department policies.
  • Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • An experienced services professional with 2+ years of demonstrated career/responsibility progression in software implementation or other software-related professional services
  • Exposure across a variety of operational improvement initiatives related to increasing time to value and customer satisfaction/experience in software services settings
  • Exceptional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to multi-family / proptech or related industry verticals
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront
  • Strong software implementation literacy 
  • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • MBA
  • Management experience

Currently, Entrata hires in Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Tennessee for Exempt roles and Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida for Non-Exempt roles.
