About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own our Feature Flagging product. Our Product Designers are strategic, so we look for people who can go from discovery to release.
Lead the process of and form an informed vision for your product area. Align your team and the leadership team on your vision.
Proactively define and solve cross-team user problems.
Execute the entire design process including forming goals, user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
Collaborate with Engineering to breakdown milestones and balance quality and speed.
Refine our design systems and processes .
Be a champion of a collaborative, low-ego, impactful design culture.
About You
Attributes
Simplify for your customer: You understand both technical needs and emotional needs of our customers. You’re able to simplify complexity so that they can succeed.
Ownership mindset: You thrive on autonomy and owning a project from start-to-finish. You’re able to prioritize what’s most impactful for the business in a scrappy startup environment.
Craft: You hold a high bar for shipping functional and polished customer experience. You bring delight to B2B software.
Technical appetite: You are interested in designing products for a technical audience and will spend the effort to learn their domain and language.
Skills
You have 5+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer, can self-direct and prioritize your work.
You have experience simplifying complex, technical, or data-heavy B2B products.
Nice to have: Experience designing for a developer audience.
You are capable of:
Driving product & design strategy
Prioritizing what needs to be done
Delivering polished, high-quality user experiences
Succinct, impactful communicate your design decisions

Compensation
At Eppo, we are dedicated to building an equitable and inclusive workspace, while encouraging entrepreneurship and growth. The typical salary for this role ranges from $185,000-$225,000, depending on experience.
