What you will do:

Ericsson is actively seeking skilled compiler engineers to join our efforts in developing state of the art deep learning compiler stack for heterogeneous devices. This stack is designed to optimize machine learning and signal processing computation flows across a variety of custom hardware and domains using leading frameworks such as Pytorch, TensorFlow and JAX. Your role will involve working closely with our custom-built Machine Learning accelerators which represent the forefront of Ericsson innovation for advanced ML capabilities, powering solutions like Generative AI.

The skills you bring:

Strong knowledge in one or more of the areas of: compiler design, instruction scheduling, memory allocation, data transfer optimization, graph partitioning, parallel programing, code generation, Instruction Set Architectures, new hardware bring-up, and hardware-software co-design
Experience with LLVM and/or MLIR
Experience with developing algorithms for simulation tools Experience is TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or JAX
Experience in LLM, Vision or other deep-learning models

Proficiency with 1 or more of the following programming languages: C++ (preferred), Python

2+ years of experience developing compiler optimization, graph-theory, FPGA placement and routing algorithms, or hardware resource management

3+ years of AWS Core: Amazon SageMaker, EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Step Functions, Lambda

Knowledge of ML Frameworks- PyTorch or TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, pandas, NumPy

Experience working with Docker, Git, FastAPI/Flask, Jupyter notebooks

Experience with Monitoring & Deployment tools such as Amazon CloudWatch, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring tools, MLflow

MS or PhD in Computer Science or related Discipline.

Base Pay Range: $139,000 to $200,000
