Account Executive
Compensation starts with a base salary of $100,000+ depending on experience and a proven track record of success. Competitive commission structure on top of salary.
We are a remote-first company, with offices in Tarrytown NY, St. Petersburg FL, London, and Argentina. For this role, we are happy to consider US-based candidates, with preference to Eastern time zone residency, in the following states: AZ, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA and WI.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Account Executive to join our talented sales team in the US! Exactera employs a proprietary, high-velocity, sales assembly line methodology and CRM system designed specifically for hyper-scaling. In this environment, you will be highly organized and focused on closing the opportunities allocated to them each month. The average contract price of our solution is $50,000- $100,000 with a 90-day sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Highly organized and able to handle 40-50 new leads per month (account executives are provided with leads)
- Live phone and web interactions with many prospects each day
- Discovery efforts that require multiple pivots to identify pain and overcome objections
- Frequent changes in process and offerings designed to maximize sales success
- Multiple tasks and coordination of (prospect) resources to move deals from First Appointment to Close
What You Need to Succeed:
- 5+ years of Account Executive/ hunter experience, preferably within SaaS, Fintech or other consulting services
- Successful at selling through web-meeting software and over the phone
- Follow a tightly defined, proven sales process
- Very technology proficient so the candidate can use the companys sales automation software solution
- Work in a high volume, fast-moving, dynamic environment
- Mastery of Challenger and SPIN selling techniques
- Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills
- Manage client accounts and regularly conduct client meetings, able to set client expectations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
