Job Description

As the Associate Technical Program Manager, youll have the opportunity to:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of key projects using Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Run Agile ceremonies for the team including Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement and Daily Stand-ups.
  • Work with Product Owner(s) and Engineering Manager(s) to groom user stories as part of Backlog Refinement sessions.
  • Be the Agile process champion for the team.
  • Facilitate delivery of tech-enabled projects, including analyzing workflows, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines.
  • Be a bridge between engineering and product teams; perform executive status reporting, change management, current state assessments, future state roadmap, and transition planning for technology modernization.
  • Resolve communication challenges and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

Your background:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in technical program management, delivering technical projects with an understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC and specifically Agile Scrum) and project management/Agile methodologies.
  • AWS/Cloud environment awareness.
  • Tech fluency to engage with technical teams/design discussions.
  • Experience with JIRA, Service Now - ITIL, MS Office Suite, and reporting.
  • Project management certification is a plus.
