Job Description

As the Associate Technical Program Manager, youll have the opportunity to:

Manage end-to-end delivery of key projects using Agile/Scrum methodology.
Run Agile ceremonies for the team including Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement and Daily Stand-ups.
Work with Product Owner(s) and Engineering Manager(s) to groom user stories as part of Backlog Refinement sessions.
Be the Agile process champion for the team.
Facilitate delivery of tech-enabled projects, including analyzing workflows, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines.
Be a bridge between engineering and product teams; perform executive status reporting, change management, current state assessments, future state roadmap, and transition planning for technology modernization.
Resolve communication challenges and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

Your background:

2-4+ years of experience in technical program management, delivering technical projects with an understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC and specifically Agile Scrum) and project management/Agile methodologies.
AWS/Cloud environment awareness.
Tech fluency to engage with technical teams/design discussions.
Experience with JIRA, Service Now - ITIL, MS Office Suite, and reporting.
Project management certification is a plus.
