Job Description
The Data Partnerships Analyst works with external data partners and our teams to facilitate due diligence including data privacy, compliance, security and financial stability assessments and to update diligence documentation. You will be also responsible for provider royalty expense, facilitating purchase orders, and invoice approvals for active data partners
Important Responsibilities:
- Due Diligence: Enter important partner information into multiple internal Experian systems and maintain documentation related to diligence.
- Expense Management: Enter Purchase requests in oracle, distribute resulting purchase orders to partners, and verify accuracy of incoming invoices.
- Royalty Report Analysis: Present reports on data partnership revenue share trends, and research any report or payment discrepancies.
- Collaboration: Work with other teams, including Data Governance, Legal, Procurement, and Finance.
- Vendor Relations: Provide account management support to assigned Data Partners.
Qualifications
- High-school Diploma)
- Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- English fluency
- 3 years of account management or customer service experience
- Familiarity with marketing data, regulations and best practices.
