About this role
As a People Programs Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing key people initiatives that support and enhance the employee experience across onboarding, employee resource groups (ERGs), enablement programs, and recognition efforts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in designing impactful, scalable programs that foster a culture of inclusion, engagement, productivity, and continuous development. What you’ll do
- Onboarding: Own and continuously improve the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed, engaged, and equipped to succeed from day one. Work closely with HR, Talent, and leaders to execute on a comprehensive onboarding experience that drives employee engagement and success.
- ERG Program Management: Lead the Employee Resource Group (ERG) program to foster inclusion, belonging, and community engagement within the organization. Partner with ERG leaders and key stakeholders to align programs with the companys DEIB goals and create long-lasting impact.
- Employee Enablement Initiatives: Design and implement programs that support employee productivity and success. This includes programs aimed at improving day-to-day work efficiency as well as designing resources and event series to uplevel employee experience. You’ll create opportunities for employees to feel more empowered, supported, and equipped to excel in their roles.
- Employee Recognition Programs: Design and manage employee recognition programs that celebrate individual and team achievements. Work with leaders and managers to ensure that recognition is consistently integrated into the employee experience and fosters a culture of gratitude across all levels. Work with leadership to ensure recognition aligns with the company’s values and enhances employee motivation and satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs, People Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure that all initiatives are aligned with the broader goals of the People team and company. Build strong relationships across functions to gather feedback and continuously improve programs.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data and feedback from employees to measure the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. Regularly assess the impact of programs, report on key metrics, and make recommendations for continuous refinement and optimization.
- Project Management & Execution: Manage multiple people programs from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and high-quality results. Be proactive in managing program timelines, cross-team coordination, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Employee Programs, with a focus on onboarding, ERGs, and employee enablement.
- Proven track record in designing and managing programs that enhance employee success, productivity, and performance.
- Experience managing ERGs or similar initiatives that foster community and inclusion.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A data-driven approach, using employee feedback and program metrics to evaluate success and guide program adjustments.
- A passion for empowering employees and creating an inclusive, high-performing work culture.
Salary
San Francisco, CA: the pay range for this role is $105,500 - $145,000 per year.
This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule - Faire employees will be expected to go into the office 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, effective the week of January 13, 2025. Additionally, in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year.
