What You’ll Contribute
Own the lifecycle of an RAS project through planning, testing, reporting and remediation.
Assist with the overall improvement of the organization’s internal control structure through the recommendation and implementation of process enhancements.
Support our SOX program from a design, testing and deficiency resolution standpoint.
Participate in annual risk assessment activities working with management across the business to identify key exposures and opportunities to strengthen controls.
Serve as an internal controls’ expert advising the business on proper process and control design and ensuring that roles and responsibilities are set up appropriately to prevent and detect risk.
Evaluate and assess the maturity of key business operations via performance of operational reviews, including formulation of effective test plans and determining current posture against industry best practices and benchmarks.
Develop risk mitigation plans and partner with the business on remediation activities through the advocacy of best practice and facilitation of effective risk mitigation strategies.
Determine whether technology controls are properly configured to promote optimal business outcomes and identify opportunities to address any functionality or control gaps.
Assess regulatory risk and evaluate the company’s posture against complex legal requirements by developing formal criteria and soliciting feedback and evidence supporting management’s response.
Demonstrate behavior consistent with the highest ethical standards and professionalism.
Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and situations.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
What We’re Seeking
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related field preferred (or relevant work experience).
Proven experience in audit and/or relevant business operational roles.
Intellectual curiosity to continuously learn about different areas of the business, emerging risks, how they might impact the business, and develop understanding of related requirements.
Proven track record assessing business processes and effectively advising on controls.
Familiar with general technology risk and controls across business applications.
Understands key fraud risks to the organization and related best practices.
Strong ability to map out a business process through development of flow diagrams.
Utilizes technology to analyze transactions, summarize data and identify specific patterns or anomalies.
Strong communication skills with ability to articulate ideas and discuss improvement opportunities.
A collaborative team player.
Self-motivated, detail oriented and growth driven.
Consistently display positive attitude.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $84,000 to $132,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
