Alongside companion offerings like the FICO® Resilience Index, these syndicated solutions leverage advanced predictive analytics powered by consumer credit data.  We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Internal Product Release Manager to oversee the release lifecycle of our B2B credit scoring tools and models. This role ensures seamless planning, coordination, and execution of internal software, algorithms, and model releases within the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, risk management, and compliance, to ensure timely and high-quality deployments while adhering to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.” – Vice President, B2B Scores Product Management

What You’ll Contribute

  • Review product release management artifacts for quality, completeness and adherence to standards.

  • Project management for complex projects with multiple stakeholders; Provide project management for internal initiatives such as customer migration plans as part of product retirement strategies.

  • Facilitate gathering of evidence for internal company controls for effective operation of the B2B Scores business.

  • Document best practices, process guides, etc. and maintaining a library of product management resources.

  • Organize release readiness reviews, signoffs, and post-release retrospectives.

  • Support product managers through the release process, follow-up, and issue resolution.

  • Align departments and work cross functionally on release objectives, timelines, and dependencies.

  • Execute and maintain robust processes for release management, including version control, change management, and issue tracking.

  • Ensure all releases comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and risk management protocols; work with Compliance to incorporate updates and communicate updates to product management team.

  • Drive process improvements to enhance release efficiency and minimize risks.

  • Identify potential risks related to releases and proactively communicate to product owner.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of release plans, processes, and outcomes.

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including leadership, on release progress, risks, and success metrics.

What We’re Seeking:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in release management, project management, or a similar role within a financial services or technology environment.  Product retirement planning is a plus. 

  • Familiarity with credit scoring models, model risk management, data science workflows, and related OCC regulatory frameworks is required.

  • Strong understanding of release management tools, version control systems, and Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for details is a must.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities across a variety of functional areas and levels within the organization.

  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of machine learning or statistical modeling principles.

  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Asana, or other product management tools.

  • Experience with SharePoint to organize information and adhere to company standards.

  • Certification in project management (PMP) or Agile methodologies (Certified Scrum Master) is a plus.
