Building on the foundation of our successful IRIS component library, built in Angular and designed for our Product business, the new design system will unify and elevate our brand across Product, Scores, and Marketing. What You’ll Contribute
- Design and document all components for the design system in Figma, ensuring they are accessible, functional, and visually compelling.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders across Product, Scores, and Marketing to understand their unique requirements and align the design system to meet their needs.
- Partner with design system engineers to translate Figma components into robust, reusable Angular components, ensuring high fidelity between design and implementation.
- Test and iterate on components based on feedback and usage data to continuously improve the system.
- Create guidelines and best practices to ensure consistent use of the design system across teams and products.
- Act as a bridge between design and engineering, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth workflows.
- Lead workshops and presentations to socialize the design system’s vision and educate teams on its usage.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of company-wide design system processes, including stakeholder communication, governance management, and inclusive decision-making.
What We’re Seeking
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Deep expertise in designing scalable, reusable components and patterns within a design system, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work.
