The Associate Revenue Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of Field Nation’s Sales and Customer Success daily processes. By managing opportunity approvals, renewal administration, and Salesforce data integrity, this role helps drive seamless operations that support revenue growth. Acting as the initial point of contact for the Sales and Customer Success teams, this position fosters collaboration and ensures teams have the tools and support needed to succeed. Their work directly impacts Field Nations ability to deliver exceptional service, maintain process excellence, and achieve business objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Facilitate opportunity approvals in Salesforce, ensuring adherence to company policies and processes.
  • Assist the Customer Success teams in managing upcoming renewal opportunities and maintaining accurate opportunity records.
  • Triaging non-standard opportunities to the Sales Operations Manager for support.
  • Tracking Sales Order changes, and helping ensure integrity and version control of redlined agreements.
  • Monitor sales data within Salesforce and ensure its integrity through use of exception reporting and audits.
  • Become an expert in the Sales process, owning documentation and driving adoption with the Sales teams.
  • Assist in projects and initiatives within sales tech stacks (including but not limited to Seismic, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Conga, HubSpot, and Outreach).
  • Administer reports and dashboards and gather feedback from Sales and Customer Success to adjust reports for their needs.
  • Facilitate questions and provide front-line support to Stakeholders (including, but not limited to Sales, Finance, and Herman).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve any issues related to opportunities.
  • Act as the first point of contact for sales and customer success teams, providing timely assistance and resolution for process-related queries.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement to streamline sales operations.
  • Deliver excellent service and foster collaboration across departments.

What you’ll need:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related role.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar tools is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with Sales or Customer Success teams is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with sales and customer success workflows is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
  • Hybrid Office: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from Home; Thursday and Friday from the Office.

Salary Range:

  • BDT 55,000 - 70,000 (Monthly)
