NOTE:

  • This position will be hybrid (3 days onsite) for candidates who are located within commutable distance from our FIS Office locations throughout the US.

About the role:
As a Corporate Communications Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You’ll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self- motivated,  proactive,  and out-of-the-box thinker.

About the team:

The Corporate Communications Business Systems Analyst Team is a specialized group within our EIM (Enterprise Incident Management) team that is responsible for managing communication during critical incidents and disruptions. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring that all stakeholders are informed, updated, and reassured during times of crisis.

What you will be doing:

  • This position is on shift basis. Working hours will be 9am - 7pm EST, Friday - Monday.

  • Message Development: Craft clear, concise, and effective communication messages tailored to different audiences.

  • Crisis Communication: Manage communication during critical incidents, providing timely and transparent updates to stakeholders.

  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for various communication channels for internal & external communications.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in communication processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to inform communication strategies and make data-driven decisions.

  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on communication activities and their impact, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.

  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all communications adhere to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent and aligned communication efforts.

What you will need:

  • Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to craft clear, concise, and effective messages tailored to diverse audiences.

  • Stakeholder Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Process Improvement: Experience in identifying and implementing improvements in communication processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Compliance and Standards: Knowledge of ensuring that all communications adhere to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with other departments to ensure consistent and aligned communication efforts.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with communication tools, software, and platforms used for content creation, distribution, and analytics.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address communication challenges and develop effective solutions.

  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all communication materials.

  • Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have experience communicating across offshore and onshore teams

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $73,250.00 - $119,400.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
