What were seeking:
The Director, Sales Enablement for Consumer Sales will lead the strategy, design, and execution of enablement initiatives that support and enhance the performance of Frontier’s Consumer Sales organization, including direct door-to-door sales teams. This leader will own a broad portfolio of enablement responsibilities, including training strategy and curriculum development, performance management frameworks, event management, go-to-channel readiness, quality monitoring, and sales support. The Senior Director will report to the VP of Sales Operations and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to align enablement initiatives with organizational goals and priorities. In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location HUB which includes work from home and assigned days in the office set by your manager. The HUB for this role will be Dallas, TX.

With extensive experience in Consumer Sales, you understand the unique challenges and opportunities of direct sales channels, including door-to-door sales. You are adept at building and leading high-performing teams, developing comprehensive enablement frameworks, and collaborating cross-functionally to align initiatives with organizational priorities. Your expertise in performance management, sales readiness, and operational excellence positions you as a strategic partner to executive leadership. What you’ll do:
- Strategic Sales Enablement Leadership
- Define and execute the overarching enablement strategy to support Consumer Sales teams at scale, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the development and deployment of tools, resources, and processes to drive sales readiness, productivity, and accountability.
- Training Strategy & Curriculum Development
- Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive training strategy in partnership with Learning & Development (L&D), tailored to the unique needs of Consumer Sales teams.
- Design and implement structured onboarding programs to accelerate ramp-up time for new hires and enhance overall team performance.
- Performance Management & Accountability
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks, including accountability tools, scorecards, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Oversee execution monitoring, inspections, and performance tracking to drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Event & Meeting Management
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale sales events, including Sales Kickoffs, Operations Reviews, and strategic meetings.
- Ensure event content aligns with organizational priorities and fosters engagement and alignment among sales teams.
- Sales Readiness & Go-to-Channel Support
- Oversee go-to-channel readiness for new product launches, campaigns, and initiatives to ensure Consumer Sales teams are equipped for success.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on sales processes, collateral, and readiness resources.
- Sales Support & Operational Excellence
- Provide operational support for direct sales teams, including asset management, sales collateral, attire, and other resources.
- Own the development, implementation, and optimization of sales processes, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Quality & Compliance Management
- Monitor and manage quality metrics, including slippage rates, CSA audits, and adherence to compliance standards, ensuring a high level of integrity in sales operations.
- Incentive Program & Contest Management
- Design and oversee sales contests, SPIFFs, and incentive programs to drive motivation and performance across the Consumer Sales organization.
- Executive Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior executives, developing and delivering strategic presentations to showcase enablement plans, results, and recommendations.
- Foster collaboration with Product Marketing, Operations, Training, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of enablement initiatives.

- Salary Range: $148,000 to $214,000

What background you should have:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or training, with a strong preference for Consumer Sales or related industries.
- Leadership: Minimum of 5 years leading high-performing teams, with demonstrated success in coaching, developing, and advancing team members.
- Strategic Expertise: Proven ability to define and execute large-scale enablement strategies, with experience driving measurable business outcomes.
- Sales Knowledge: Deep understanding of direct sales models, including door-to-door channels, and the unique enablement needs of these teams.
- Training & Development: Expertise in designing and executing comprehensive training programs and onboarding curricula for large sales organizations.
- Performance Management: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement accountability frameworks, PIPs, and performance monitoring processes.
- Event Management: Experience planning and executing impactful large-scale sales events and strategic meetings.
- Analytical Skills: Strong command of data analysis and KPI tracking, with the ability to evaluate and optimize enablement efforts based on insights.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influence skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
- Organization & Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a meticulous approach to managing multiple priorities and deliverables.
- Executive Presence: Skilled at developing and delivering compelling presentations to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2C sales enablement with a focus on direct-to-consumer channels.
- Familiarity with quality management practices, including audit processes and compliance monitoring.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
