Job Description Summary
The exhibit and event manager works with marketing and regional stakeholders to manage, plan, and execute exhibit and event activations in the US region. This role involves project management for a variety of sponsored exhibitions and events reporting to the Director of Events and Exhibits for USCAN.Travel can be up to 30+%. Ratio of exhibit project management 80 % / Event project management 20% Scope small to mid-size exhibitions or event sponsorship engagements aligned to healthcare associations.
This is a remote role where you will work out of your home office. The successful candidate will need to reside in the 48 contiguous United States with the ability to work from home in a dedicated office space, free from distraction with a high-speed internet connection.

Job Description
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Project manage impactful customer experiences through in-person exhibitions and events working in a matrix organization involving marketing and cross function teams.
Provide internal stakeholders with best-in-class exhibit & event solutions that align with the marketing strategy, budget, and key objectives.
Coordinate and implement lead generation tools and training for events during the life cycle of the planning process to ensure KPI align with metric tools. Responsible for onsite solutions to collect metrics and automated flow to the appropriate marketing and sales funnel for next steps.
Liaison with exhibition organizer and/or event venues as the primary point of contact for securing space, show management services, catering, AV, floor plans, production schedules, payment schedules, host/venue requirements, etc.
Manage all exhibition and event vendors including SOW process, vendor quotations, invoicing, project deliverables, on-site execution (as needed), and payment.
Manage deliverables and production deadlines with internal stakeholders collaborating with suppliers for on brand and regulatory approved content.
Coordination and oversight of event-in-a-box portable program for smaller event and tradeshow activations. Responsibilities include project management, inventory, billing, and supplier oversight.
Comprehensive and accurate budget management of all exhibit/event elements
Coordinate and update annual calendar of events in the region to inform stakeholders of confirmed marketing engagements.
Coordinate with product teams and venue for GE Healthcare product equipment at events.
Coordinate internal registration and hotel rooming blocks when necessary for stakeholders attending the conference.
Support the broader Events and Exhibits team around auxiliary events/experiences in on larger scale projects.
Work closely with compliance team to follow regulatory/legal protocols and workflows.
Support Marketing Director, Exhibits and Events with annual forecasting and reporting, special projects, process documents, events dashboard data and strategic planning initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 3 years of experience with project management or conference and event management.
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Proven budget management experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to travel up to 30+%. Ratio of exhibit project management 80 % / Event project management 20%.
Desired Characteristics:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event/exhibition management, project management or related field.
Experience with healthcare/pharma conferences and events.
Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals tradeshows and complex medical equipment displays.
Ability to work through change and pivot in an evolving environment.
Solutions oriented and willingness to work in an effective and professional manner with all levels of stakeholders.
Meticulous organization and project tracking and archiving of assets, templates, event related files and folders.
Experience with industry regulatory protocols for interactions with Health Care Professionals.
Proficiency working with Smartsheet.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $85,680.00-$128,520.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
