Job Description Summary
As the Healthcare Technology Management Site Leader, you will assist the Site Health team in ensuring regulatory, accreditation, and ISO compliance within the GE HealthCare site-based Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) field team. Key responsibilities include scheduling and conducting both on-site and virtual regulatory audits (Performance Review Instituting Delivery Excellence audits), identifying areas for improvement that may need intervention to achieve successful accreditation or ISO audit outcomes, and helping sites develop remediation plans. Additionally, the Site Health Leader will support the GE HealthCare customer implementation process as needed by planning and coordinating initial on-site training, 5S shop transformation support, and ongoing mentorship during the first year to ensure sites quickly meet GE HealthCare standards for compliance, service delivery, and financial performance.Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage the scheduling and completion of PRIDE audits and driving customer compliance and satisfaction
Identify and drive internal quality improvement initiatives; address field process issues; lead field facing training on requisite quality topics
Assess site compliance, looking for process defects, guiding site leadership, and working to develop and execute improvement plans
Direct mentorship of new HTM sites to ensure rapid transformation toward meeting and exceeding GE HealthCare established metrics
Identify and mentor sites who are not meeting GE HealthCare established metrics
Support and deliver (as needed) site based and virtual on-board training and Site Leader training
Manage operational and training activities associated with the HTM quality instance of the audit tracking system (GenSuite)
Support the preparation and execution of ISO regulatory audits
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in the medical device service industry
Prior experience of providing assistance to field personnel on all types of equipment found in a hospital setting
Project management experience
Highly organized with an ability to cut through complexity to develop simple, straight-forward systems
Self-starter who can work independently, with the confidence to make most decisions and quickly pulling in support as needed to achieve objectives
Service mindset with a passion for helping the field team achieve their goals by removing obstacles, providing guidance, and setting high standards
Ability to work from home-based office
Ability to travel 50% of the time
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and write clearly and convincingly in English, tailoring communication methods to audience requirements
Ability to work effectively across functional areas to deliver results and execute commitments within the matrix environment
Multitasking abilities to drive multiple critical deliverables simultaneously
Experience with MS Office software to include but not limited to: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
Resourcefulness, commitment, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
At least three years in the medical device service industry, with some experience as a Field Engineer, Biomedical Technician, or Program Coordinator
Knowledge of accreditation agencies such as TJC, DNV, CAP, AABB and other regulatory agencies and standards such as FDA; CMS; ISO 9001:2015; and ISO 13485:2016
CCE or CBET certification
Participation in industry organizations/publications (i.e. AAMI, TechNation, etc)
Experience managing projects using data analytics
Experience working with customers and peers to balance addressing their needs with influencing the best course of action
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to embrace and incorporate multiple points of view

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $101,600.00-$152,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
