What you will be doing at Generate Capital as the Executive Assistant, Capital Formation
Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives, ensuring efficient management of their calendars, meetings, travel, expenses and communications.
Manage heavy scheduling demands and independently oversee multiple calendars with precision.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, business partners, the Capital Formation team, and the Executive Team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is captured and maintained within the CRM
Arrange domestic and international travel swiftly and adjust plans as necessary.
Exercise impeccable judgment, paying meticulous attention to detail and accommodating specific preferences.
Serve as a reliable gatekeeper and gateway, remaining calm, diplomatic, and approachable.
Candidate qualifications & core characteristics:
A demonstrated passion for, or commitment to, our mission
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 - 5+ years of executive level administrative support, specifically in a fast-paced environment
Strong technical competency, specifically with MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in Capital Markets, Private Equity, Investor Relations or Financial services.
Familiarity with CRM systems and investor tracking tools.
Excellent project management, organizational, and detailed planning skills with the ability to work on multiple objectives under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross functional team
Ability to rapidly learn new concepts with minimal formal instruction
Unimpeachable integrity and glowing references
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy, intuition, and listening as well as strong writing, editing, and basic design skills.
High level of self-awareness and humility, with excitement about confronting uncomfortable situations or new challenges
Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity; problem-solving is your default mode
Entrepreneurial spirit: flexibility, comfort with risk, recognition that “perfect can be the enemy of the good”
Generate’s compensation packages are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Salary decisions take into account a wide variety of factors including, but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $165,000. In addition, the compensation package may include a discretionary bonus and other benefits, including health care benefits, retirement benefits, benefits permitting paid days off (including sick leave, parental leave, and paid time off or vacation benefits), and other benefits that must be reported for federal tax purposes. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of this range.
