Role Description
Are you an agile product marketer who thrives on moving fast and making a real difference? In this role, you’ll be the voice of the customer, bringing nonprofit needs and insights to the forefront of our product strategy and go-to-market initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Positioning & messaging: Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates deeply with our nonprofit audience.
  • Go-to-market strategy: Lead go-to-market planning and execution, including launch briefs, messaging documents, and coordination across teams (product, marketing, sales, customer success, and support) in an environment with rapid launch cycles.
  • Customer feedback loop: Leverage insights from across the organization to influence product roadmap, positioning, and messaging.
  • ICP and personas: Refine ICP, personas, and customer journeys, helping define clear customer segments to guide marketing campaigns.
  • Bring the team together: Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth launches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing at a startup and/or SaaS environment
  • Proven experience launching new products with a fully integrated GTM plan and execution
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
