Cafeteria management - Simply your entire nutrition program from the kitchen to the serving line with our complete front and back of the house solutions. Manage menus, inventory, and sales with ease.

Payment solutions - Manage all your school payments with MySchoolBucks. Send invoices when payments are due, create an online store, and give parents a convenient way to manage cafeteria meal accounts online or on-the-go.

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for providing setup and training to school administrators using our online payments platform MySchoolBucks.com including MSB Activities and MSB Accounting. Work involves setting up appointments, building new sites, building new products, and creating payment gateways. The Implementation Specialist provides implementation setup and training support via Zoom, phone, and email, as well as following established escalation processes to resolve customer questions and issues and logging information into the Salesforce.com CRM.  Position requires cross-functional relationships with all Heartland School Solutions departments. 

  • Position Requirements

    • Excellent verbal & email communication skills

    • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions

    • High level of multitasking and attention to detail

    • Ability to work independently and in teams under minimal supervision

    • Ability to work flexible hours as needed

    • Offers suggestions to improve support processes and customer experience based on escalation data and customer feedback

    • Ability to create and update process documentation

  • Position Responsibilities

    • Provide support for new customer set up, working directly with Heartland Sales and District Customers

    • Contact customers to schedule appointments

    • Build School Nutrition online payment configuration

    • Build Student Store online payment configuration

    • Ensure connectivity with District Point of Sale systems/MySchoolBucks

    • Build payment gateways for successful payment processing for customers

    • Create district administrator credentials for reporting and support

    • Provide training for new and existing customers

    • Student store product set up and reporting

    • Provide quality assurance reviews

    • Manage district merchant agreements, contracts and changes as requested

  • Education / Experience Requirements:

    • Experience in online payments or the credit card industry

    • Experience working with Salesforce.com (CRM) 

    • Project Management Experience a plus

    • Basic accounting Experience a plus

    • Experience in an inbound or outbound call center

    • Experience with Google Enterprise Gsuite (Enterprise Gmail, Google Docs, Etc.)

    • Experience with Excel & Adobe Acrobat Pro

The US base salary for this full-time position is $58,000 + Benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
