As a Customer Training Specialist, youll deliver live training programs to our growing customer base while being energetic and articulate. Priority timezones for this role are NAMER & APAC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Effectively translate Gongs customer education curriculum into an interactive, multi-tier live training program.
Work to design and lead tailored, virtual trainings, and in-person trainings
Collaborate with cross functional organizations to help ensure training workshops meet the needs of our customers.
Leverage insights from customer training to inform the education curriculum.
Identify gaps in current education materials and work to address these gaps.
Work cross functionally with internal team such as: Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product.
Travel: Must be willing to travel periodically to deliver customer onsite training

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience delivering in-person and virtual training classes for a SaaS company
Able to handle multiple assignments at one time with various timelines for delivery
Ability to leverage and show deep domain knowledge to drive customer success
Energetic, compelling and not afraid to present in front of teams
Coachable and open to feedback, both internally and on the fly from your audience
Ability to thrive in a changing and fast-moving environment
Languages: [English required. Spanish a plus]

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $106,000 - $125,000 USD.

Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
