As a member of the Field Engineering team, you will be responsible for assisting new clients implement our products. We are looking for someone with experience in IT. Specifically someone with networking, VoIP and Automation experience.
Your Day to Day
As a Field Service Engineer, you would be working on:
Being responsible to ensure customer network environment compatibility with our UCC Products.
Onboarding accounts inside of company SLAs.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and confidence throughout the setup process.
Being the lead technical contact on all troubleshooting and integration of our products into the client’s environment.
Integrating existing customer equipment with our cloud pbx system.
Developing APIs and automating services based on customer requirements.
What We’re Looking For
As a Field Service Engineer, your background will look like:
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Network Support with emphasis on Routing and Switching, and an understanding of Unified Communications.
Cisco, Python, Juniper, Microsoft Certifications are a plus
Excellent communication, and time management skills
Ability to develop and maintain close customer relationships, and the ability to work inside a team.
Maintain continuous professional development including technical and sales/soft skills.
Be able to perform AD, LDAP and SSO integrations.
Can integrate external solutions that are compatible with our products
Experience with Communications/Voice over IP/Video over IP, SIP, ASTERISK and firewalls/network security
Experience onboarding and troubleshooting NICE InContact, Microsoft Teams
Experience with automation, python and REST API and POSTMAN

Annual Base Salary Range: $62,000.00 - $102,500.00The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
